The Southwest Archery Spyder XL Takedown Recurve Bow is simply a stretched version of the original Spyder. With an overall length of 64” this bow is designed to accommodate archers with draw lengths that exceed 28”. The Spyder XL utilizes the exact same riser as the 62" Spyder but simply offers longer limbs in draw weights of 25lb, 29lb, 35lb, 40lb, 45lb, 50lb, and 55lb. The Spyder riser is handcrafted from white oak, Dymond wood, and padouk, and features threaded bushings for various attachments such as sight, rest/plunger, and stabilizer/bow fishing reel. The limbs are made of hard maple wood wrapped in fiberglass and offer reinforced limb tips making them Fast Flight/Flemish string compatible.

  • SPECS & USES – Available in both Left Hand and Right Hand with draw weights of 25lb, 29lb, 35lb, 40lb, 45lb, 50lb, and 55lb. Features preinstalled threaded bushings for various accessory upgrades such as mechanical rests/plungers sights quivers and stabilizers/bow fishing reels. Reinforced limb tips allow the bow to be fast-flight and Flemish string compatible. Perfect for hunting deer bowfishing or target practice.
